Revv is a B2B SaaS that empowers shops to identify needed ADAS calibrations, document work, and manage insurance workflows

The brief - Revv needed a piece that spoke to shop owners losing money to a stack of overlapping problems: insurance denials, liability exposure, and the operational drag of disorganized record-keeping. The piece also made the case that Revv's tools solve all three. The challenge was teaching a real, defensible documentation workflow without sounding like a compliance manual, and introducing the product without leading with it.
The angle: Most ADAS content frames documentation as a chore. I reframed it as armor. The piece opens by naming the three "boogeymen" most likely to take a shop down:
I then walk through a five-part documentation protocol (pre-repair scans, customer acknowledgement, environmental verification, procedure documentation, post-repair validation) as the bulletproof vest against all three. The structure mirrors itself: threats up front, strategy in the middle, a return to consequences at the end. Revv shows up only after the reader is already nodding.
Sample line:
"Airtight documentation is like a bulletproof vest against these aforementioned threats."
